Ashley grew up here in Houston and after high school attended the Art Institute of Houston. She graduated from the Art Institute with honors in 2009 and received her Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Ashley has always been very interested in combining her passion for cooking with nutrition and is always searching for ways to make a healthy lifestyle taste better. Along with her current duties as Dr. Krupka’s Office Manager she has found that she loves the challenge of converting traditional recipes to Gluten Free and Paleo.
